The Queens Hotel is a busy multifaceted operation comprising of a 3-star Hotel, Coffee House, Restaurant, Traditional Bar, Late Night Venue and Nightclub.

Reporting directly to the Direectors, the Bar Manager will oversee the effective and efficient operations of all bars/outlets under their direct control

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth operation of all bars/outlet(s) while on duty

Have a through product knowledge of all beverages including draught, spirits, liqueurs and wines

Prepare weekly rosters and drink orders

Anticipate customer needs, and proactively manage their expectations

Covering duty management shifts within the hotel property

Be visible to customers and team alike by being hands on and on the floor during your shift

Ensure quality and standards are met consistently through effective procedures and systems

To create an environment where the team are up-selling and cross-selling
