ABOUT THE POSTION
The HR Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource of J&T Express, as well as the administration of the Human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR Manager generally handles employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee data management, and administrative supervision.
Oversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Forecasts manpower needs.
Ensures accuracy of employee database
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
