Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant role based in Baku. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing communication with clients and vendors, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrable experience in office administration or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
