Responsibilities

About the Unit
• Assist in the implementation of the sales strategy to achieve YARA’s sales target;
• Gather all PO information received from the Outdoor Technical Sales Engineers and send them to the factories and warehouses to proceed with delivering the orders after the needed approvals;
• Inspect the quality and quantity of products in the warehouse regularly to ensure that the forecasted amount will be available in the right time to be shipped to the clients while meeting YARA quality standards or else take the needed action;
• Administer the financial status from signing the PO till collecting the invoices either from clients or vendors;
• Follow up on the performance of assigned sales team members to ensure the achievement of the previously set targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
• Collect and analyze information received from the from the Sales Agronomists to be reviewed by the Product Development Manager;
