The objective of the Facilities Coordinator position is to guarantee that the company's facilities are in óoptimal conditions for the development of its activities.

Job responsibilities:

Preventive and corrective maintenance:
• Perform regular inspections of facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance problems.
• Coordinate the work of maintenance contractors.

Project management:
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects.
• Manage the budget projects.
• Monitor project progress.

Budget and purchasing:
• Manage the maintenance budget.
• Make purchases of materials and services.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.

Safety and health:
• Ensure that facilities comply with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.

Personnel supervision:
