· Coordinating closely with the accountant, procurement, IT, store officer, reception, workshop coordinators, and career instructors to take note of their concerns, keep a general overview of their daily work, monitor the smooth functioning of all positions, and report status to Executive Team. Providing administrative and operative support where necessary· Coordinating and cultivating relationships with parents (particularly based on shared Arab language).· Develop agenda, attend meetings, type minutes & disperse information for various committees.
