As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be working within the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the standards for our various programmes. You will be working alongside Kāinga Ora, our sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver on residential works.

Key Duties include but not limited to:
• Scoping of Kainga Ora residential properties
• Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standard
• Quality assurance of trades work
• Invoicing of jobs
• Liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally while providing a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Trade knowledge preferred, but not essential
• Ability in supervising multiple jobs concurrently
• Ability to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes
