Job Description
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate hotels, modes of transportation, costs, and accommodation.
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
3. Reply to queries within a given by Managers time frame, calculate total travel costs as per their request and offer alternatives in case the requested hotels/resorts are fully committed or fully booked.
4. Maintain all the personally made bookings and make sure all the services are in order before guest arrival and payments are collected before the due date.
5. Deal with occurring travel problems, handling complaints swiftly and update the Superior.
6. Provide support to the clients, be reachable over the corporate mobile line and email 24/7.
7. Generate “proforma invoice” through the system and follow up the deadlines.
8. Work with a reservation system, data entering and maintaining, CRM and social media accounts.
