Responsibilities Lead the design part of the complicated projects from the sale phase till- release support, including- on work when needed Advocate for the needs and goals of users, incorporating- centered ideas into design solutions Effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts, creating and delivering persuasive presentations Efficiently collaborate with- functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive design initiatives Oversee project designers, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful project execution Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and expertise development.
