Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Nahla Safaris located in Schweizer-Reneke. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including managing reservations, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Front Office Manager will also supervise front desk and housekeeping staff, handle guest complaints and inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer service.

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
