Quality Technician

Purpose: Conducting various checks and testing of; raw material, in process and finished products/processes confirming compliance to quality standardsas established by the QA department, internaland regulatory requirements while adhering to standardized company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

Primary duties:
• Responsible for inspection and maintaining the quality system following to company quality standards and customer specification/requirement.
• The QualityTechnician is responsible for taking control and measures of products characteristics as defined in the control plan.
• Inspecting activity from in process and finished products by following Inspection Standard and Product & Process Audit Frequency Plan.
• Prepare and Revise the Inspection Standard and Record and submit it to Quality Engineer for approval.
• Participate the 8D problem solving meeting and assist Quality Engineer to organize the status of 8D stage.
