- Leads the project(s) assigned to him/ her and assure that the projects/ products are operating in a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, and strive to achieve the given key performance indicators (KPIs). Be a creative and proactive contributor to the management team, results orientated, and focus on continuous improvement through LEAN concepts.- Responsible for product, process, test engineering and other engineering/ technical supports for the assigned projects/ products.- Responsible for planning and managing the assigned (partially/ entirely) projects if appointed as a Project Lead/ Coordinator.
