JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES EXECUTIVE - OPERATION
• Ensuring production supervisor follows all sop on raw material preparation and delivering accurate production data.
• Ensure all departments strictly follow the set SOP.
• Ensuring correct recipe and parameters during bag production.
• Ensuring lab staff adheres to strict quality control in process of inoculation and spawns production.
• Liaise with technician/contractor to attend breakdown.
• Ensure service & maintenance for machinery and equipment carry out on time.
• Overall responsible for Bagging Production and Fruiting room planning.
• All planning and monitoring tasks required to meet Harvest Output target
• Initiate and monitor all R&D works. Report and updates of R&D findings and recommendation for improvements.

Production Planning (Media & Spawn)
• Oversee raw material for production meet the minimum storage quantity.
• Oversee spawn and bag production meeting the quality desired for targeted yield.
