Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer's Assistant at Al-Mojal International OEP located in Mandi Bahauddin. The Chief Executive Officer's Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the CEO, maintain executives' appointment schedules, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings and conferences. The Chief Executive Officer's Assistant will also prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, and ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
