Responsibilities
• Participate in standards and regulation gap analysis, develop and follow up action plan, improvement of responsible QMS.
• Document control- Conduct daily document management, and manage archived documents.
• Pest Control- Participate in follow up the execution of service provider and the pest control improvement actions.
• Internal Audit and External Audit- support audit activities.
• Handling of GMP Health Examination- Follow examination plan and review result.
• Change mangement- Coordinate and evaluate the change that potentially affect the quality, e.g supplier/material change.
• Participate in Deviation/RCA/CAPA management, Handling of Recall, Goods Return /Unqualified product, Q&V management action plan.
• Deal with QA department general tasks.

Requirements
• College chemistry/Pharmaceutical Degree or higher.
• More than 1 years of QA/QC experience in chemical/pharma company.
