• Lead the organization and orchestration of our Kids Engagement & LEGO Insiders Club strategies across channels
• Streamline the accessibility of team resources (e.g. decks, insights, trends, key metrics, test results) for seamless integration across relevant teams
• Foster a ONE team approach and culture, facilitating collaboration and communication between DCE and other relevant business units
• Bridge the gap between Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) and LEGO® GAME teams, supporting collaborative efforts for LEGO Fortnite and related initiatives
