Duties & Responsibilities

Full Management of all operations.

. Full Management of the sales function.

. Management of Drivers and Depot including leave and disciplinary

management.

. Liaising with customers and top management.

. Vehicle management. Ensuring that all company vehicles and trailers

are in good running order. Ensuring that all vehicles have sufficient staff.

. Management and consistent planning and monitoring of vehicle route

and performance.

. Full management of vehicle documentation including manifests and

checklists. Driver PRDP and vehicle COF.

. Full coordination of collections and deliveries. Ensuring the checking,

offloading, sorting of collected goods in the warehouse.

. Management of returns and damaged stock as per procedure.

. Completion of accurate service reports including the diesel

consumption reports, failed delivery report, POD report. Completing

daily debriefing.
