Workforcestaffing is currently looking for Warehouse Shift Supervisor. Must reside / Live in Durban area.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise the factory floor employees ensuring that production runs smoothly.
• Assist factory floor employees, guiding and hands on approach.
• Ensure products meet the required standard. Carry out hourly inspections investigate discrepancies and report accordingly.
• Management and limitation of damaged/reject stock.
• Spot checking and reporting on a daily basis.
• Management of staff hours, time & attendance.
• Scheduling of staff to ensure maximum productivity
• Submitting weekly timesheet for payment of hours worked per staff
• Management and scheduling of staffing per machine
• Ensure efficient and accurate packaging of stock/end products for customers.
• Maintain safe work environment in the factory.
• Ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
• Factory floor employees to be made aware and kept up to date with any changes.
