The Role

The overall job purpose is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hub by strategic planning, execution, and optimization strategies. Focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Hub Supervisor collaborates closely with the Hub Manager and internal/external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

The role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (workforce, equipment, space, etc.) in line with fluctuations in weekly/monthly volume.
• Establishing and keeping track of daily/weekly/monthly hub performance reports in terms of services, productivity, efficiency, and cost.
• Updating the Daily Dashboard and conducting daily pre-work briefings to share performance trends, giving and receiving feedback from hub staff.
