REFRIDGERATION AND ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Position : Refrigeration and Electrical Technician

Company : Oceangrown Aquaculture

Department : Mussels and Oysters

Reporting to : Maintenance Manager

Location : Saldanha

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Detailed duties and responsibilities will be provided during the interview.

Minimum Requirements

· Matric (Grade 12)

· Formal Refrigeration and Electrical Qualification and or Certificates.

· Training completed in the safe handling of ammonia will be advantageous.

· Valid C1 Drivers license is required.

· Industrial /truck refrigeration maintenance, fault finding and repairs will be advantageous.

Knowledge and Experiences:

· At least 3 years relevant work experience as an Electrician and a Refridgerator in a manufacturing environment.

· Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety

· Strong technical abilities and able to act decisively and quickly when necessary.
