Solar PV Land Acquisition Representative

LOCATION: Castilla y León, Spain

Responsabilidades
• Identificación de la base de datos de terrenos para proyectos de centrales solares
• Visitar los sitios identificados por usted o por el cartógrafo
• Negociación de acuerdos sobre derechos de propiedad
• Inspección de las propiedades locales para su arrendamiento y cumplimentación de la documentación requerida
• Supervisar el proceso de firma de los contratos de arrendamiento de terrenos
• Informar sobre los resultados y objetivos alcanzados
• Enlace con otros departamentos.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación Español (idioma principal) - Inglés fluido.
