Serves as the in-country HR expert to execute HR Operational matters, including all Centers of Excellence (CoE) HR teams, Employee Relations, and Shared Services programs and functions. Interfaces with employee populations, serving as an escalation point to effectively administer and support Human Resources programs in accordance with company policies and procedures. Specific in-country requirements may be added or changed based on supporting team structure and business needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports or administers a wide range of HR functions which may include HR administrative tasks, regulatory requirements, compensation/benefit/reward programs, employee engagement and retention programs, recruitment, performance management programs, leaves of absence, work restrictions, HR audits, and other HR support processes and programs – per global, regional, or local requirements.
