Purpose of role: The role will develop and deliver a structured portfolio of programmes, partnerships and interventions in Bangladesh and Pakistan to build a Human Rights Due Diligence framework, decent work and drive the Primark Care indicators helping to reduce human rights-related risk across the supply chain.
The role has oversight of the design, development, implementation and evaluation of multiple programmes and partnerships in both factories and lower tiers of the supply chain including remediation of critical short-term issues and longer-term systematic change.
