Job Description

What you’ll do:
• Validate schedule for Process Excellence (Content/SME) Specialists, maintain reports/tasks/projects, and manage schedule changes
• Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave in a tracked timesheet
• Track Process Excellence (Content/SME) team performance daily to ensure SLA and targets are met
