Job Description

Reporting to the F&B Manager, This position ensures areas of responsibility include restaurants, bars, and room service, if applicable.

Assists in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.

Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Determines the training needed to accomplish goals, then implements a plan.

Responsibilities
• To carry out any reasonable additional duties as may be required by your department meetings
• To ensure a high level of liaison and communication is maintained between other departments within the hotel.
• At all times maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
