Job Identification

We are looking for a RTM Executive to be a part of our Commercial team located in Gujranwala.

What We Expect
• Support customized regional plans related to RTM, Improving Master Data Accuracy and Enhancing Salesforce Effectiveness KPIs in line with Annual Commercial strategy devised by HQ; Also, stay updated on industry RTM and other best practices by visiting the market.
• Develop SD & Preseller Visit Frequency as per RTM Fundamentals and Sales Hierarchy to optimize span of control & sales routes throughout the year; Modify the route structure as per HO defined RTM principles and redesign the routes thru territory teams by using technology and experience by visiting distributors in their relevant areas regularly
