We have an exciting and very rewarding opportunity for a Service Team Adviser to join our fast-growing business in Oxfordshire. You will be part of a busy Service team and will be responsible for assisting in the progress of the day to day running for each of our departments which can lead to a fantastic opportunity for a long-term career with progression.

Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of the platform to ensure that both customers and service providers can be helped through each process.
• Ensuring that all service providers are spoken with daily and responded to accordingly via email or telephone.
• Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: Phone or email.
• Maintain customer records and refer potential leads to the sales department.
