PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The primary responsibilities of the Hotel Group Reservations Clerk are to ensure appropriate accommodation arrangements with regard to VIP guest reservations, Groups and Wholesale bookings. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and policies, practices, and procedures.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Process all reservations and requests from guests, executives, Sales Department, and branch offices.
Assist with executives, reservations, convention, and whole sale reservations.
