Job Summary

A hotel-apartment is looking for an experienced Front Desk Executive / Reservations Officer to support the operations of the Front Office and Reservation team.
• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :
• Register guests and assign rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible. Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, cheque-cashing and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand room status and room status tracking.
• Must be sales- minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
