T he Recruit ment and Sourcing Specialist will be reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader and be responsible for executing and supporting strategic sourcing plans to feed the talent pipelines for Quantrics . This role is looking for a leader who can mine talent pools, navigate employment landscapes, and execute web and social media campaigns in a quest to find the right talent for mass hiring . You s hould also be passionate about the talent selection and hiring needs of a call center environment.
