Droom Guesthouse is a boutique guesthouse located in Franschhoek, surrounded by the beauty of the vast Winelands. The guesthouse has a Manor House, a cottage and Super Suites. Droom Guesthouse currently has a vacancy for an administrative professional who is keen to get involved in the daily administrative activities on the back-end of the guesthouse. The job incumbent will work with a team of approximately 20 people and will report to the Guesthouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Making, following up and maintaining all guesthouse bookings

· Managing the guesthouse’s profile on Booking.com (rates, updates)

· Maintaining a database of all guests

· Attending to queries on Booking.com, Sempere, via email, walk-ins and telephonically

· Liaising with guesthouse managers regarding maintenance required in the guesthouses

· Liaising with guests, colleagues and service providers verbally and via emails

· Providing assistance in performing costing calculations for consumable items
