RCL FOODS is on the hunt for a qualified Cash and Assets Controller to join the Vector Logisitics Team. The role will be based in Westville.

To manage and control national fixed assets additions, disposals and reconciliation.

Duties & Responsibilities

System Maintenance
• Maintain an enhanced administration system to complement all Capex and major maintenance projects.
• Assume responsibility for the maintenance and administration of the national fixed assets.
• Run and balance monthly depreciation via the existing SAP system.

Fixed Asset Management
• Prepare the Fixed Asset Balance Sheet Reconciliations and assist with other GL reconciliations.
• Prepare certain income statement reconciliations. (Please enhance this statement)
• Prepare and capture fixed asset journal entries.
• Balance the general ledger to fixed asset subsystems and promptly investigate and resolve variances.
