French Speaking Safari Sales Expert Required

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales & Marketing Expert with a broad knowledge of Northern Tanzania and Zanzibar as destinations. If you have good customer service skills, an extensive record of itinerary preparation, excellent computer skills, accurate costings skills, an eye for detail and if you are a team player yet also able to work individually, you may be the person for this position.

Your responsibilities:
• Working very closely with established agents and giving your full attention to their requirements
• Quoting and preparing itineraries for our French and English-speaking agents and direct clients, dealing with your enquiries from the beginning until completion of safari
• Taking care of reservations/cancellations/amendments and preparing your files for the Operations Department, with all correct invoices and client details
