Job Purpose

The senior engineer (Lean Master) reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, the Lean Master will focus on driving continuous improvement and Lean projects within the organization. This role will be delegated the responsibility for driving the Lean Six Sigma strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Train employees and prepare training materials for
• Orientation ML - Continual Improvement part
• Problem-solving tools and techniques
• Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) Green belt and Black belt
• Coach other employees; focus on Lean projects.
• Coordinate with other business units/departments on improvement activities.
• Originate/update procedure, work instruction and Form for CI section.
• Promote quality and improvement activities in Fabrinet.
• Assist in providing budget forecasts for CI activities.
• Prepare/report CI performance to management and customers.
