Job Purpose
Responsible for developing, supervising, conducting plant safety, occupational health environment, security activities and related programs in order to minimize job injury and maximize safety and healthy environment and security compliance. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducts safety training and safety promotions for all employees and contractors.
• Coordinates and assist ERT and Safety Health and Environment committee.
• Develops and conducts safety audit programs, incident/accident investigation and analysis.
• Conducts daily, weekly safety audit of entire plant to ensure safety conditions in workplace.
• Arranges food sanitation and hygiene monitoring to ensure the quality of food and water.
• Coordinates, develop, advice and assist Environmental Health and Safety committee to strengthen their responsibilities and activities according to Labor law.
