Full-time Job in Cabanatuan City, Central Luzon

Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija

The role will focus on two things:
1. Ensuring that the reception area at the Driver Center runs smoothly.
2. To work closely with Operations team to ensure Drivers issues are resolved in timely manner

The Core Objectives:
Strong understanding of 2W & 4W related protocols to ensure regulatory and industry practices are followed and continuously improved.
at present we only have 2W Community
Attends inquiries from drivers and assigns appropriate ticketing.
Assist with administrative task and end-to-end driver onboarding process
Any other duties delegated by the team.

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Familiarity with data tools and G Suite
2. Customer service or any related frontline role
3. Community management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
• 13th month salary
