• Check and validate all incoming raw materials such as films, inks, resin, solvent, and adhesive to ensure quality of items is within the standard.
• Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Documents inspection outcomes by completing the Material Evaluation Report and Final Acceptance Report.
• Responsible and in charge of labeling or tagging all raw materials from incoming to issuance to production.
• Reports any deviation of raw materials to the Q.A. specialist for immediate and corrective action.
• Responsible for performing incoming inspections on all materials.
• Issue Supplier’s Corrective Action Request SCAR when there is a discrepancy or non-conformance in the tested material.
• Accomplishes reports on time.
• Handle and take responsibility for retained samples storage.
