• Reviews articles to check the layout, grammar, syntax, and revised data
• Performs prescribed inspection in accordance with client/project requirements and Quality Standards.
• Performs tasks of the Editorial Assistant/Typesetter and supports the operations group whenever necessary.
• Actively gives feedback to inspection processes on critical errors
• Trains newly-hired team members to ensure that all tools, specific instructions are cascaded down

Job Specifications:

Graduate of four-year course, preferably IT, Math, Statistics- related courses

With at least 1 year experience in Journals processing, preferably as pre-editor, typesetter, proofreader

Must have a fully operational command of the English language and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be familiar with utilizing peripheral editorial tools such as dictionaries, thesauruses, style guides, Google and other search engines;

With technical writing skills and editing skills
