Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage Project Execution and ensure deliverables are in compliance with the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks to Operations Senior Manager
• Review project requirements and manage additions in scope.
• Manage customer expectations and monitor customer satisfaction with respect to the work product delivered and services performed.
• Well informed on the details mentioned on the SOW, and capable of facilitating a kick-off meeting.
• Initiate project turnover after endorsement of the project from the Business Analysts.
• Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings, status calls, and working sessions where appropriate serving as the primary liaison between the internal team and the clients.
• Capable of multiple kick-offs simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
