Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact for all client related queries.
• Coordinating with multiple clients to provide personalised services.
• Managing daily upkeep of the property.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to manage daily operations. i.e. housekeeping, gardening, hospitality, technical maintenance.
• Maintaining records and checklists pertaining to property management.
• Deliver high quality client experience as per the standards set by Vianaar.
• Ensure that eco-friendly initiatives are followed as per protocol.

Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Assagao, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹28,000.00 per month
