**Position**: Customer Service Professional (Immediate Hiring)
• *Intake Date**:1 March 2024**
• *Working Location**: MITC Melaka
• *Working Days **:Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)
• *Working Hours**: 8.00am - 5.30pm/ 12.30pm - 10.00pm
• *Basic Salary**: RM1,500 - RM1,800
• *Allowances : RM 360- RM 900 (Skill/ Performance/ Shift/ Transportation)**
• *JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
- Follow up with the customer on pending cases
- Create report in the system
• *REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka
- Possible to have own transportation
- No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
