Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Naga for a Training and Recruitment Officer. The Training and Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge, creating and managing the recruitment pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
