Plant & Machinery Inspections
• Ensure that inspections on all plant and machinery are conducted on a regular basis and to commit that each machinery is inspected on a weekly basis.
• To report on any anomaly noted during plant and machinery inspections.
• Act as a coach /facilitator to respond to queries from machine operators and to guide machine operators how to utilize company resource efficiently.
• Perform surprise checks on plant and machinery and to report any shortcoming to logistics manager.
• Propose training initiative for machine operators as and when required

Repairs and Maintenance
• Assist the Logistics Manager to prepare PO with regards to servicing, maintenance and repair of plants and machinery.
• Update concern software to raise PO request.
• Ensure that all documents concerning PO has been approved by Logistics Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that servicing, maintenance and repairs are effected on a timely basis so that site operations are not... More Detail
