The Accounts Officer will report to the accountant, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting the Accountant in all related accounting function.

• Prepare and post final bookkeeping entries

• Accounts Receivable (prepare invoice, sent to client, update Debtors Ageing and prepare debtors schedules)

• Follow up and payment of Fuel

• Assist Accountant in external and internal audits.

• Bank Reconciliation

• Booking of Monthly Journal Vouchers (recurring and non-recurring).

• Assisting in General ledger (assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and capital).

• Assisting in processin of Suppliers Invoice as and when required.

•Assisting Inventory with storekeeper and Accountant.
