Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Modderfontein!

Job Description : The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in coordinating schedules costings and risks of the company’s projects.

It will be the Project Coordinator’s responsibility to ensure that the company’s projects are well organised by communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure all everyone is well informed and updated on progress.

Key responsibilities : Providing full assistance with all queries from Line Manger finding out any other information required in order to resolve queries.

This includes but is not limited to : Direct reporting and assistance to line manager Producing Maintenance dashboard weekly to Line manager Producing Store Openings Dashboard weekly to Line Manager Assist in managing full Store Openings / Relocations / Closures and processes involved Manage New Store findings process and team involved and make sure full reports are...
