Sales Director New Built Properties

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team AlteArt Property Development Group. As a Sales Director, you will represent the developer, and work with clients, who want to purchase a property, owned by the developer. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire buying process, from LEAD (potential client) generation to physical visits to the properties, signing contracts, notary deed and after sales. We are looking for a profile with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (additional language skills are a plus), a strong work ethic, and a deep knowledge of the real estate (RE) market. You will work on new built projects as well as integral rehabilitation projects: Turquesa Homes (Alfaz del Pi), Villas de la Font (San Juan), Flipping Home (Altea and others).
