Understand and be able to plan

requirements

Consistently produce world class
quality food

Understanding of Kitchen
Hygiene, best practices in terms of Health and Safety

Understand and implement Stock
controls, understand issues and purchasing, all within set budget, strong Food
costing & admin skills

Excellent communications skills
with Guests and other Senior Staff delivering consistent world class service to
Guests
