• Support the MENAT Regional LegalDirector in overseeing the legal matters in the entitiesEgypt,
• Litigation:own, manage and report to the Regional Legal Director and Egyptmanagement all existing of litigation and/or threatened claims andall related elements including direction, risks, cost, mitigationstrategy and lessons learned, etc.
• Provideeffective and timely legal advice onvarious matters related to the Regional Legal Director includingcommercial, operational and employmentmatters.
• Build and shareknowledge within the other teams in thestation.
• Manage the legal function in Egypt inrelation to all business activities in Egypt under supervision ofthe MENAT Regional Legal Director.
• Raise legaland regulatory considerations at an early stage, and set realisticexpectations for timelines and costs, while also providingpractical solutions.
