1. Plan, control, and supervise all maintenance system activities of the factory, including machinery & equipment, Jig fixture, Air compressor systems, and various facilities or other projects, to meet the factory's requirements.2. Plan and manage expense and investment budget of Engineering Div. 3. Check Engineering Div performance and follow up KPI to achieve goal and target as planned.4. Develop a preventive maintenance (PM) system to reduce machinery and equipment breakdowns.5. Responsible for process documentation preparation (Process Design, Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, Work instruction).6. Design Process and Production line improvement Productivity, Quality, Safety, Design and control process CNC Machine for Current line and New model.7.
