Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman at ROAR CAPITAL CONTRACTORS in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising construction teams, managing heavy equipment, communicating with clients and project stakeholders, overseeing carpentry and maintenance work, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in managing heavy equipment and overseeing carpentry and maintenance work
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage project timelines
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
